Play. It’s a simple word that reminds each of us of what it was like to be a kid. PlayTHQ was launched to celebrate that feeling in a new era of casual online gaming. Each design decision for this branding was made very intentionally, based on one question, “Does this feel like play?” Every detail was carefully created to bring that feeling home, from the letter forms and shapes to the color palette to the way the letters play together as a group.
